摘 要:探讨用高含杂印度棉纺制集聚纺JC 9.7 tex纱的技术措施。分析了印度棉的性能指标和纺纱工艺流程。通过改进清梳工艺和精梳工艺,对并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序优化工艺参数,最终使高含杂印度棉所纺细特集聚纺JC 9.7 tex纱的质量达到了用户要求。认为:在使用高含杂印度棉纺纱中,去除杂质和异性纤维是质量控制的关键点,络筒机需配备清除异纤功能的电子清纱器,同时需进一步采取减少粗节和棉结疵点的措施。Technology measures of using high impurity Indian cotton to spin JC 9.7 tex condensed yarn were discussed.Property index and spinning process of Indian cotton were analyzed.By improving the carding process and combing process,processing parameters of drawing,roving,spinning,winding and other processes were optimized,finally quality of JC 9.7 tex condensed yarn spun by high impurity Indian cotton can be reach user requirements.It is considered that removing impurities and foreign fibers are the key points of quality control in the use of high impurity Indian cotton spinning,electronic yarn clearer with foreign fiber clearing function need to be equipped with winder,meanwhile measures of reducing slub and nep defect need to be take further.
