摘 要:探讨应用SF型牵伸装置进行纺纱实践的工艺配置及生产技术要点。对配置SF型牵伸装置的细纱工艺进行后区牵伸倍数、粗纱捻度、后区罗拉隔距正交试验,得知后区牵伸倍数1.44倍、粗纱捻度4.4捻/10 cm、后区罗拉隔距30 mm时,成纱质量得到稳定提升。认为:SF型牵伸装置改善成纱条干CV的主要原因是加强了后区牵伸的控制;传统环锭细纱机经过简单技术改造即可安装使用SF型牵伸装置,其对纯棉、涤棉混纺、纯化纤品种的成纱条干CV等质量指标均有不同程度的改善,并可实施粗纱重定量工艺。Technology disposing and production technology key point of using SF drafting system for yarn spinning were discussed.Orthogonal tests of draft multiple in back zone,roving twist and roller gauge in back zone were performed in yarn spun process with SF drafting system.It is know that yarn quality can be stably improved when draft multiple in back zone is 1.44,roving twist is 4.4 T/10 cm,roller gauge in back zone is 30 mm.It is considered that the main reason for improvement of silver CV with SF drafting system is the enhancement of drafting control in back zone.SF drafting system can be installed by simple modification in traditional ring spinning frame.Yarn quality indexes like silver CV can be improved in different degree for the spinning of pure cotton,polyester cotton blended yarn and pure chemical products.In addition,high roving weight per unit with high efficiency can be implemented.
