摘　　要：探讨莱赛尔LF 9.8 tex×2色纺毛衫用纱线的生产技术要点。阐述了生产过程中的配色和对色流程、纺纱工艺流程,确保色纺纱线的颜色符合要求。在原料准备、预处理、工艺参数配置和质量控制等方面采取了一系列技术措施,经过并纱和倍捻工序设定合理的股线捻度;最终成功生产出了莱赛尔LF 9.8 tex×2色纺纱线,达到了横机织造无斜片的质量要求。认为:生产中严格按照来样配色可保证最终成纱颜色满足用户要求。Production technology key points of Lyocell LF 9.8 tex × 2 colored spun yarn were discussed.Color blending and color matching process,spinning technology process in production process were described.Color of colored spun yarn was ensured to meet the requirements.A series of technology measures were took in raw material preparation,pretreatment,processing parameters configuration and quality control.Ply twist was set reasonable in doubling and two-for-one twisting process.Finally Lyocell LF 9.8 tex × 2 colored spun yarn can be produced successfully and the quality can be reached requirements of knitting machine weaving without tipping piece.It is considered that user requirements of final yarn colors can be ensured if color blending can be strictly according to sample in production.
