摘  要:目的选取某陶瓷项目初探职业健康风险管理应用。方法通过卫生学调查、职业健康检查、职业卫生检测、专家咨询等收集资料,综合采用MES法、职业卫生管理质量评估法和职业健康风险分级分类进行风险管理。结果MES法显示该项目职业健康风险分级为3级,属显著危险;职业卫生管理质量评估法Q值为0.52,其等级为不合格。MES法和职业卫生管理质量法综合评价显示,该项目综合风险分级为D级,需跟踪整改,重点改进卫生管理。结论MES法及职业卫生管理质量评估法应用于陶瓷项目职业健康风险管理结论客观合理,适用性较好。Objective The objective of the study was to preliminarily explore the application of occupational health risk management on a ceramics plant project.Methods Data were obtained from hygiene surveys,occupational health examinations,occupational hygiene examinations,and expert consultations.MES,quality assessment of occupational hygiene management,and classification of occupational health risk were used for risk management.Results MES analysis showed that occupational health risk of the project was classified as substantial hazard(Class 3).The Q value for quality assessment of occupational hygiene management was 0.52,classifying as non-compliance.Comprehensive assessment by MES and occupational hygiene management quality indicated that the overall risk level of the project was Class D,suggesting that the conditions require follow-ups and improvements,emphasizing particularly on health management.Conclusion Adopting MES and quality assessment of occupational health management in evaluating occupational health risk management of the ceramics project is objective,reasonable,and appropriate.
