依托咪酯麻醉在ESD手术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用依托咪酯麻醉在ESD手术中的有效护理措施。方法回顾性分析40例依托咪酯麻醉ESD手术患者的临床资料,总结、分析其手术中有效护理措施。结果 40例患者均顺利完成手术,术中无大量出血等情况,手术结束后均及时复苏,无并发症的发生,恢复好,出院3月复查未见复发及不适。结论加强对依托咪酯麻醉ESD手术病人的护理措施,可促进手术顺利进行及减少术中并发症,具有极大的临床意义。Objective The study aimed to explore the effective nursing measures for ESD surgeries with etomidate anesthesia.Methods Clinical data of 40 patients receiving ESD surgeries with etomidate anesthesia was retrospectively analyzed,and effective nursing measures for the patients were summarized and analyzed.Results The surgeries for all 40 patients were successful,with no excessive bleeding occurred during their surgeries.The patients were timely resuscitated,free of any complications,and were all recovered well;no recurrence or discomfort was reported 3 months after hospital discharge.Conclusion Enhancing nursing measures for patients receiving ESD surgeries with etomidate anesthesia can promote successful surgical operations and reduce intraoperative complications,and is thus of great clinical significance.
