2型糖尿病患者左室舒张功能减退相关临床影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者左室舒张功能减退相关临床影响因素。方法超声心动图检查2013年1月-2013年8月住院的724例2型糖尿病患者。结果 (1)2型糖尿病患者合并左室舒张功能减退的发生率为73.8%;在年龄、Hb A1c、糖尿病病程、BMI、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病微血管并发症、糖尿病大血管并发症方面,糖尿病合并左室舒张功能减退组与无左室舒张功能减退组患者之间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=13.416、10.227、12.218、4.42、21.823、10.974、7.838、26.145,P=0.000、0.001、0.000、0.000、0.035、0.005、0.000);(2)2型糖尿病患者的年龄、BMI和Hb A1c与左室舒张功能减退有显著相关性(OR=1.175、1.248、1.383,P=0.000、0.017、0.029)。结论2型糖尿病患者合并左室舒张功能减退相当常见,糖尿病年龄、BMI和Hb A1c是影响左室舒张功能减退发生的独立危险因素。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the related clinical factors of the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Seven hundred and twenty four cases of diabetic patients were involved in the study between January 2013 and August 2013.Echocardiography was performed to assess left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.Results（1） The prevalence rate of the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients was 73.8%.Age,Hb A1 c,diabetes duration,BMI,hypertension,dyslipidaemia,diabetic microangiopathy,diabetic microangiopathy were significantly different between the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction group and the normal group（χ2=13.416,10.227,12.218,4.42,21.823,10.974,7.838,26.145,P=0.000,0.001,0.000,0.000,0.035,0.005,0.000）.（2） The left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients was correlated with age,BMI and Hb A1c（OR=1.175,1.248,1383,P=0.000,0.017,0.029）.Conclusion The left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients was commonly present.Age,BMI and Hb A1 c were the independent risk factors of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in type 2 diabetic patients.
