摘　　要：目的：建立盐酸阿考替胺片含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法：采用岛津C18（150 mm×4.6 mm，5μm）色谱柱；以甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液（60∶40）为流动相；流速：1.0 mL·min-1；检测波长：280 nm。结果：盐酸阿考替胺的线性范围为20~200μg·mL-1，r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.8%，RSD为0.67%（n=9）。结论：该方法简便灵敏、结果准确，适用于盐酸阿考替胺片的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Acofide tablets. Methods：A Shimadzu C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm） was selected. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-phosphate buffered solution （60∶40）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20~2000 μg·mL-1 （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.8%, RSD=0.67% （n=9）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of Acofide tablets..
