摘 要:用不同种类固着基及2种金属离子(K+、Cu2+)对香港巨牡蛎Crassostrea hongkongensis眼点幼虫固着变态的效果进行了研究。结果表明:黑色聚乙烯膜更有利于香港巨牡蛎眼点幼虫的固着,固着率达到49.85%,其次为黑色塑料板,固着率为19.33%,红色塑料板最低,固着率为5.14%;添加K+对牡蛎眼点幼虫的固着变态有诱导作用,当添加K+浓度为13.42mmol/L作用24h时,与对照组相比幼虫的固着提高率、变态提高率分别为42.39%、25.20%;而添加Cu2+对香港巨牡蛎眼点幼虫的固着变态没有诱导作用,随着Cu2+处理时间及处理浓度的增加,香港巨牡蛎眼点幼虫的死亡率明显提高,推测浓度过高的Cu2+对香港巨牡蛎眼点幼虫有毒性作用。In this paper, Crassostrea hongkongensis eyespots larva settlement and metamorphosis effect in different attached substrate and metal ion (K^+ , Cu^2+) were studied. The results showed that the settlement rate highest was 49. 85% in the black polyethylene film, followed by black plastic board (19.33%), and the lowest was red plastic board (5. 14%/00); Adding of K^+ had induced the settlement and metamorphosis of eyespots larva, when adding 13.42 mmol/L K^+ disposing 24 h, larval settlement increasing rate and metamorphosis increasing rate reached 42.39% and 25.20% respectively compared with the control; While adding of Cu^2+ had no effect, along with the increase of Cu2+ processing time and concentration, the mortality rate of C. hongkongensis eyespots larva obviously enhanced which suggested that excessive levels of Cu^2+ was toxic to C. hongkongensis eyespots larvae.
