摘  要:针对国产高速纺丝机能耗高的缺点,提出对纺丝计量泵传动控制系统进行技术改造,实现双向切换运行。结果表明:拆除原设备大功率变频器,改用3.7 k W小功率变频器,电机可即停即开,不更换组件情况下可实现调换生产品种;使用继电器触点构成与变频器多段速度运行的接口组合,驱动计量泵在低速与高速运行的切换,生产中废丝率降低,实现了节能降耗的目的。Aiming at solving the high energy consumption problem of home-made high-speed spinning equipment,the technical innovation of spinning metering pump transfer control system was put forward to realize the two-way switch operation.The results showed that a low-power frequency converter of 3.7 kW was taken the place of the original high-power one so that the alternative production could be realized without changing subassemblies owing to the instant start and stop mode of the motor; the metering pump can be switched between high speed and low speed by using the interlocking control of relay contact and multistage speed regulation of frequency converter,hence,the broken fiber was decreased and the energy consumption was saved.
