摘　　要：基因组项目包括结构基因组学重点确定完整的基因组序列和功能基因组学重点阐明基因的生物功能。基于大豆基因组数据,研究大豆转录在不同发育阶段和不同环境条件下,大豆功能基因组学具有重要意义。Genome projects include structural genomics focus on determining the genome sequence and ftmctional genomic integrity of the school focuses on elucidating the biological function of genes. Based on the data of soybean soybean genome, transcription at different development stages and different environment condition, soybean functional genomics has important signifieance.
