摘　　要：肢体缺血性疾病在当今世界上具有较高的发病率,并时刻危害者人们的健康生存和生活质量。因此,积极诊治这类疾病是非常重要的。伴随着介入技术的进步及介入器械的发展,腔内介入治疗方法现已成为肢体缺血性疾病治疗的首选方法,并具有良好的临床效果。但是,并发症却时有发生并极大影响治疗效果,甚至可能带来灾难性后果。因此,必须重视腔内介入治疗可能发生并发症的预防与处理。Lower limb ischemia has a higher incidence rate in the world and threatens people＇s healthy existence and life quality moment by moment. Therefore,active diagnosis and treatment for the disease are very important. With the progress of intervention technique and the development of apparatus, endovascular treatment by intervention method has been regarded as the first method to treat lower limb ischemia and has acquired good effects. But complications occur sometimes and influence the treatment effects tremendously,even can bring the disaster results. Therefore, doctors should pay attention to prevent and treat the complications of endovascular treatment.
