摘  要:以芳纶纤维为原料,编织了纬平针组织、畦编组织、罗纹组织织物,采用自制的滚筒记录式织物防刺性能测试仪,测试了穿刺过程中的冲击时间、冲击位移、刺穿深度等参数,研究了织物结构对芳纶针织物防刺性能的影响。结果表明:罗纹组织具有较好的防刺破性能;多层织物测试时试样的叠放次序对防刺效果有影响,2层以上的罗纹织物或其他结构的多层织物叠加后可满足相应标准规定的防刺要求;在防刺测试曲线中直线段的斜率可反映出防刺性能的优劣。将针织物自身的柔性和芳纶针织物的防刺性能结合起来,扩大了防刺织物的范围。The influence of knitting structure on stabbing-resistance performance of aramid fabrics were studied with aramid fibers as material.The knitting structures include plain fabrics,rib structures and cardigan.The testing on fabric stab-resistant performance was done by a self-designed and manufactured tester called "Roller-recording fabric stab-resistant performance tester",and the parameters including impacting time,displacement,and depth were obtained.The results show that rib structure has better stabbing-resistance performance.For multi-layers fabric,the stacked order influence the performance of stabbing-resistance,and more than two layers of rib structures or other multi-layers structures stacked up can satisfy the requirement of the corresponding standards of stabbing-resistance.In the test of antistabbing curves,the slope of straight line can reflect the pros and cons of the stabbing-resistance performance.From this paper,we can expand the scope of the stab-resistance fabrics by combining the flexibility of knitting fabric and the stab-resistance of different aramid fabrics.
