摘  要:为研究全聚纺混纺纱中纤维的径向分布情况,采用环锭纺、网格圈型集聚纺和全聚纺3种方法纺制28.1 tex涤棉混纺纱线,运用哈氏切片器切取3种混纺纱线样本,借助MOTTC B1型显微镜观察并采集样本中2种纤维的分布状况图,结合汉密尔顿(Hamilton)指数的方法分析,得到全聚纺混纺纱内涤纶和棉纤维在纱截面内的内外转移趋势及分布规律。结果表明:利用传统环锭纺纺制的涤棉混纺纱,涤纶有明显向纱芯转移的趋势,而网格圈型集聚纺,涤纶向纱芯转移的趋势较传统环锭纺弱,全聚纺相对于网格圈型集聚纺而言,涤纶分布更加随机,并且涤纶有向纱外转移的趋势。In order to improve the dyeing capacity of anionic dyes onto cotton fabric in reverse micelles,the nonionic mixed reverse micelles were prepared by adding Span40 in TX-100 reverse micelles.And the system was used as dyeing medium for dyeing of Direct Yellow Brown ND3G onto cotton fabric.The effect of Span40 on the structure characteristics of the reverse micelles of maximum water solubilization,water diameter,packing density,conductivity and dyeing properties and the effect of direct dye on the dyeing properties of cotton fabrics were investigated,respectively.The results indicated that the maximum values of the maximum water solubilization were observed when the ratio,of Span40 was 50%.The water diameter and packing density of the reverse micelles increased with the increase of the ratio of Span40,which caused the reduction of the conductivity of the reverse micelles.The static repelling force and competitive adsorption between dyes and cotton fabric were decreased with the increase of ratio of Span40,so that adsorption of Direct Yellow Brown ND3G onto cotton fabric and dyeing properties were improved.
