摘 要:为提高莫代尔织物的抗菌性能,采用有机和无机复合的方式,制备了新型壳聚糖/Ag+复合抗菌整理剂,并将其用于莫代尔织物的抗菌整理。先用单因素试验探讨2种抗菌剂单独整理莫代尔织物时的适用浓度范围,再用正交试验优化复合抗菌整理工艺条件。结果表明:复合抗菌剂抗菌效果明显优于单独采用壳聚糖或银离子的抗菌效果;经0.8 g/L的壳聚糖、0.8 mg/L的Ag+在p H值为6.5的条件下整理后,莫代尔织物的抗菌率可达93%以上,洗涤50次以后抗菌率没有明显下降,对断裂强力和白度的损伤较小,莫代尔织物的抗皱性能还有所提高。In order to increase the antibacterial properties of Modal fabrics,a novel chitosan/Ag+ composite antibacterial finishing agent is prepared by the organic and inorganic compound method and applied to antibacterial finishing of Modal fabrics.Single factor experiment is adopted to study applicable concentration range of two antibacterial agents when separately finishing Modal fabrics,and then the orthogonal experiment is adopted to optimize the process conditions of composite antibacterial finishing.The results show that the antibacterial effect of the composite antibacterial agent is obviously superior to that of chitosan and silver ions adopted along.Modal fabric finished by the combination of 0.8 g/L chitosan and O.8 mg/L Ag+ at the pH of 6.5 has the antibacterial rate more than 93%.Even after 50 laundering cycles the antibacterial rate has no significant declination.The damage to the strength and whiteness is small and the wrinkle resistance is improved instead.
