摘 要:从保存的苎麻微生物脱胶菌株中筛选出脱胶效果最好的菌株8-1,以培养时间、培养温度、菌液量体积比、转速为因素作正交试验,研究其最佳脱胶条件。结果表明,影响因素最大的是培养时间,其次是培养温度与菌液量体积比,转速影响最小。该菌株的最佳脱胶条件为:4 d、39℃、菌液量体积比1∶40、静置培养。该条件下苎麻胶质去除率达到25.94%。对菌株8-1脱胶后的苎麻单纤维进行力学性能测试和表面观察,结果表明,经微生物脱胶得到的苎麻单纤维强力比经化学脱胶后的单纤维提高43.45%,且纤维表面更光滑,损伤更小。8-1 strains with the best degumming effect were selected from the collected strains for microbial degumming of ramie.4-factors (culture temperature,culture time,volume ratio of bacterium fluid and rotate speed) 3-levels orthogonal test was carried out to study the optimal degumming conditions.The experimental results show that culture time is the greatest influence factor,culture temperature and volume ratio of bacterium fluid are followed,and rotate speed is the weakest influence factor.The optimal degumming conditions of 8-1 strains are at 39 ℃ for 4 d,volume ratio of bacterium fluid 1 ∶ 40 and standing for culturing.With these conditions,the ramie degumming rate can reach 25.94%.Furthermore,mechanics performance test and the surface observation were performed the ramie fibers degummed by 8-1 strains.The results shows that compared with those subjected to chemical degumming,single fiber strength of ramie degummed by microbes is improved by 43.45% and the fiber surface is more smooth and less damaged.
