摘　　要：速压制动装置是风洞颤振试验模型及设备的保护装置，文中通过对其进行运动学分析，计算归纳出了机构在工作过程中的运动规律，并且对机构的薄弱件进行了柔性分析，保证了机构运行的安全性，从而为研发速压制动装置提供了理论依据和设计基础。Velocity and pressure braking device is a protection device for flutter test in wind tunnel model and equipment, the paper based on the kinematics analysis of the calculation, sums up the mechanism in the work process, and the mechanism of the weak parts for the flexibility analysis, ensure the safety mechanism, so as to develop velocity and pressure braking device provides the theoretical basis for the and design basis.
