医学生吸烟与被动吸烟现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解医学生吸烟与被动吸烟现状及相关认知态度,为高校控烟工作提供参考。方法随机抽取江西省赣州市324名医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生吸烟率为15.12%,男女生吸烟率分别为26.43%,6.52%,男女生吸烟率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学生被动吸烟率达30.18%;全部调查对象认为吸烟有害健康,76.85%的调查对象赞同校园禁烟。结论医学院校应根据现阶段医学生吸烟现状及对烟草知识的掌握特点开展相应的健康教育,同时社会需要开展相应的禁烟、控烟工作。Objective To understand the status and cognitive attitude of smoking and passive smoking of medi- cal students, to provide reference for tobacco control work in Universities. Method Questionnaires were con- ducted among 324 medical students who were randomly selected from Ganzhou, Jiangxi province. Results Smoking rate of medical student was 15.12 %, the smoking rates of male and female students were 26.43 % and 6.52% respectively. Comparing the smoking rates of male and female students, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.06）; passive smoking rate of medical students was 30.18%; all respondents believed that smoking was harmful to health, 76.85 % respondents were in favor of forbidding smoking in campus. Conclu- sion Medical colleges should hold corresponding health educational campaigns according to the present medi- cal students smoking status and the characteristics of tobacco knowledge. At the same time, smoking control should be carried out in society.
