摘  要:利用飞行磨对不同日龄以及不同性别的桔小实蝇飞行能力进行了测试。结果表明,不同日龄的桔小实蝇雌虫飞行能力有差异(P<0.05),1日、8日、12日龄飞行能力最弱,15日龄飞行能力最强,1.3 h内平均累计飞行距离为3.57 km,最远飞行距离达6.37 km;平均累计飞行时间为1.3 h,最长飞行时间达3.56 h;平均飞行速度为0.98 m/s;最快飞行速度达2.26 m/s。不同日龄雄虫的飞行能力差异显著(P<0.05),1日、8日龄雄虫飞行能力最弱,15日、25日龄雄虫飞行能力最强,平均累计飞行距离为3.26 km,最远飞行距离达7.68 km;平均累计飞行时间为1.82 h,最长飞行时间达3.27 h;平均飞行速度为1.05 m/s;最快飞行速度达2.26 m/s。飞行能力最强日龄的桔小实蝇雌、雄虫飞行能力相当,个体间无显著性别差异。The flight ability of different ages male and female Bactrocera dorsalis were tested by using a flight mill in a laboratory.The results showed that the males and females of different ages had different flight ability.The 1-day, 8-day and 12-day old females were the weakest fly, whereas the 15-day old females were the best one, with average accumulative total flight distance of 3.57 km, flight duration of 1.3 h and average flight speed of 0.98 m/s within 1.3 h tethered time, their longest flight distance was 6.37 km, the longest flight duration was 3.56 h and the fastest flight speed was 2.26 m/s.For the males, there were huge difference among B.dorsalis of different a-ges.The 1-day and 8-day old B.dorsalis were the weakest, whereas the 15-day and 25-day old B.dorsalis were the best fly, with the average accumulative total flight distance of 3.26 km, the flight duration of 1.82 h and the average flight speed of 1.05 m/s, their longest flight distance was 7.68 km, the longest flight duration was 3.27 h and the fastest flight speed was 2.26 m/s.There was no significant difference of the flight ability between 15-day-old males and females.
