摘 要:研究了二环己基对苯二甲酰胺(DCHT)和二苯基对苯二甲酰胺(DPHT)2种自合成的酰胺化合物对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)的β成核作用和力学性能的影响,并利用广角X-射线衍射仪(WAXD)、偏光显微镜和示差扫描量热仪(DSC)表征了改性PP-R的晶型和结晶形态。实验结果证明:DCHT对PP-R具有良好的β成核效果,诱导PP-R中α晶型部分转变成β晶,使球晶尺寸变小,原来粗大的α球晶转变成无规则的花状β晶体,β晶型相对含量超过25%;DCHT最佳用量为0.15%,此用量下能使PP-R的20℃和-10℃缺口冲击强度提高都超过20%以上;断裂伸长率提高约50%,拉伸屈服强度和断裂强度基本不变。而DPHT对PP-R的β成核效果和韧性的提高比DCHT略差。β-nucleation and mechanical properties of polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R) with two self-synthesized amides compounds N, N' -dieyclohexyl terephthalamide (DCHT) and N, N' -diphenyl terephthalamide(DPHT) were studied. The crystal form and crystal morphology were characterized with wide angle x-ray diffraction (WAXD) , polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Experiment results proved that both DCHT had good β-nucleating effect for PP- R,which converted partial α crystal in PP-R into β crystal, made spherulite size decrease and original bulky at spherulite change to random flower-like spherulite. The β crystal relative content was over 25%. When 0.15% of DCHT was added into PP-R,notched impact strength at normal temperature or-10~C was over 20% , elongation at break was over 50% , at the same time,tensile yield strength and tensile breaking strength unchanged essentially. While the β-nueleation effect of DPHT was worse than that of DCHT.
