摘　　要：财权问题是理解和研究公立医院财务治理的核心命题。结合产权、委托代理等相关理论,解析公立医院财权的内涵、财权问题产生的根源以及财权的分解和配置等问题,以期为完善我国公立医院的财务治理提供理论支持。The problem of financial power is the core proposition in understanding and studying the financial gov- ernance of the public hospital. Through combining with the related theory such as property rights theory and princi- pal-agent theory, the connotation of property right of public hospital, the root of property right problem and the de- composition and configuration of property right are proposed to provide theoretical support to improve the financial governance of the public hospital.
