摘 要:全球入侵物种编目已将生物柴油树种麻风树列入高入侵风险植物.为了评估麻风树种植业的生态风险,以大豆为受体,采用悬空气法研究了麻风树叶水浸提液对根边缘细胞数目、抗氧化酶活性和有丝分裂的化感效应.结果表明,随着麻风树叶水浸提液质量浓度升高,大豆根边缘细胞数目先增加后降低,根冠果胶甲基酯酶活性升高;幼根丙二醛含量和抗氧化酶活性与未处理对照的差异不显著;麻风树叶水浸提液还诱导了大豆根尖细胞微核率升高,呈现出较强的时间和质量浓度依赖双重效应的遗传毒性.研究结果表明,麻风树对根细胞具有遗传毒性和细胞毒性,具有一定的生态风险.Jatropha curcas,an important source of biodiesel,has been categorized as a high risk invasive plant in the Global Invasive Species Programme.To evaluate the ecological risk of planting J.curcas,allelopathic effects of the aqueous leaf extracts from J.curcas on the number of root border cells,activities of antioxidant enzymes and mitosis have been studied with soybean as the receptor using aeroponic culture method.The results showed that with the increasing of the concentration of aqueous leaf extracts from J.curcas,the number of soybean root border cells increased first and then decreased,but the activity of pectin methylesterase increased; the content of malonaldehyde and activities of antioxidant enzymes had no significant difference compared with the untreated control; the micronucleus rate of soybean root tip cells was also induced and exhibited the strong dual effect of time and concentration-dependant manner of genotoxicity.These results suggested that J.curcas had genotoxicity and cytotoxicity on the root cells of plants,and had a certain ecological risk.
