叶菜中噻菌灵农药的SERS快速检测研究

摘　　要：为了检测叶菜中噻菌灵农药残留,利用快速前处理方法提取空心菜菜汁,分别采集不同浓度噻菌灵水溶液的表面增强拉曼信号和以菜汁为基质的噻菌灵溶液表面增强拉曼光谱信号.结果表明,噻菌灵水溶液的表面增强拉曼信号在0.1～10 mg·L-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,选取1 009cm-1特征峰强度制定噻菌灵的标准曲线,相关系数为0.9922.以菜汁为基质的噻菌灵溶液表面增强拉曼光谱最低检测浓度为0.2 mg·L-1,在该浓度下,990、1 225和1 527cm-1处的特征峰明显,与噻菌灵水溶液的特征峰振动归属一致,可作为鉴别叶菜中噻菌灵农药残留的依据.研究结果为叶菜中农药残留的快速检测提供了方法支持.Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy （SERS） was used to rapidly detect the thiabendazole residues in vegetable leaves in this paper. Vegetable leaves were extracted by new method of quick pre-treatment. SERS of different concentration of thiabendazole solutions and thiabendazole solutions with vegetable juice as the matrix were collected by laser Raman spectrometer. The results showed that SERS signals of thiabendazole solutions had a good linear relationship between 0. 1 and 10mg· L-1. The standard curve for thiabendazole with the intensity of the peak 1 009cm- l was plotted, and correlation coefficient was 0. 992 2. Thiabendazole solutions with vegetable juice as the matrix can be detected by SERS in low concentrations of 0. 2mg· L-1. SERS of thiabendazole solutions with vegetable juice as the matrix had obvious Raman characteristic peaks at 990, 1 225 and 1 527cm-1 when concentration was 0. 2mg · L-l. And the vibrational modes of these characteristic peaks were consistent with those of thiabendazole solutions. It can be regard as the qualitative discriminate basis of thiabendazole pesticide. This investigation provides the method support for rapid detection pesticide residues in vegetables.
