外科手术联合美宝治疗大隐静脉曲张伴小腿慢性溃疡的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的观察外科手术联合美宝治疗大隐静脉曲张伴小腿慢性溃疡的疗效。方法 60例大隐静脉曲张伴小腿慢性溃疡患者,进行大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术,术后给予美宝外涂,观察疗效。结果 54例患者治愈,下肢肿痛、酸胀的感觉消失,慢性溃疡全部愈合,愈合的皮肤表面光滑,瘢痕也逐渐变浅不明显,下肢的肿胀现象也渐渐恢复正常。4例患者的溃疡面愈合了2/3,同时分泌物明显变少。2例原来症状没有变化,治疗基本无效。结论美宝可加速大隐静脉曲张伴小腿慢性溃疡术后的创面恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of surgical operation combined with MEBO in the treatment of varieosis of great saphenous vein with leg ulcers. Methods A total of 60 varieosis of great saphenous vein patients with leg ulcers underwent high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein, and received external use of MEBO. The curative effect was observed. Results There were 54 cured cases with disappearance of swelling and sore pain in lower limbs. All the chronic ulcer healed with smooth skin surface and inconspicuous scar. Tumidness in lower limbs was recovered gradually. There were 4 cases with 2/3 healed ulcer surface and remarkably few seereta. The treatment was ineffective in 2 cases without any symptom changes. Conclusion The application of MEBO can accelerate the wound recovery after the stirgery for varicosis of great saphenous vein with leg ulcers, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
