摘　　要：目的:观察经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术(automated percutaneous lumbar discectomy,PLD)的早期和长期疗效。方法:对30例于本院行PLD手术的腰椎间盘突出患者进行临床疗效研究,以术后1周、2周、3周和6周的结果为早期疗效评定(n=26),术后2年为长期疗效评定(n=22),分别对腿痛、下腰痛、神经根性症状和Oswestry评分进行评价。结果:PLD早期疗效:腿痛和神经根性症状较术前明显改善,下腰痛和Oswestry评分较术前无明显改善。长期疗效:腿痛、下腰痛、神经根性症状和Oswestry评分较术前和早期结果均有显著的改善。结论:经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术(PLD)的早期和长期疗效确切可靠,在临床上有很大的使用价值。Objective： The aim of this study was to evaluate tie early clinical course as well as the long-term result of a total group of patients who were operated on with automated percutaneous lumbar discectomy. Methods： 30cases of lumbar disc herniation who underwent PLD were enrolled for this clinical trial regarding the therapeutic effects. The early timing-points of measuring（n=26） were postoperative 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 6 weeks, and the data of postoperative 2 years was considered to the long-term result（n=22）. The leg pain, the lower back pain, the nerve root tension sign and the Oswestry score were evaluated. Results： The early effects of PLD： there was a significant improvement in the leg pain and the nerve root tension sign compared with the preoperative status. There was no significant change in the Oswestry score and the lower back pain. The long-term effects of PLD： all the observed items were in the long term significantly improved compared with the preoperative score as well as the development in the early course. Conclusion： The exact early and long-term effects of PLD were assured, so it＇s suitable for the clinical use.
