摘 要:蛋白提取方式的污泥处理及资源化技术由天津裕川微生物制品有限公司研发并实现产业化应用。该技术通过水解技术对污泥菌胶团及内部微生物、有机物进行水解破壁处理,再通过固液分离,形成含水率为35%~45%的固体污泥残渣,以及可资源化利用的含蛋白液体。污泥残渣因病原菌破壁失活而无害化,因含水率由80%降至40%而减量3/4,因蛋白等的分离实现有机物削减50%以上,最终可作为覆土、绿化土、土壤改良剂和建筑材料被利用。分离出的含蛋白液体可作为蛋白发泡剂和有机肥等加以利用。The technology for sludge treatment and resource utilization via microbial protein extrac- tion was developed and industrialized by Tianjin Yuchuan Microbial Products Co. Ltd.. Through hydroly- sis treatment, this technology is able to break zoogloea and microbial structure of the sludge. Protein solu- tion and sludge residual with water content of 35% to 45% are obtained after solid-liquid separation. Sludge residual is harmless due to pathogen inactivation, sludge can be reduced by 3/4 due to decrease in water content from 80% to 40% , and organic matter can be reduced by over 50% due to protein sepa- ration. Sludge residual can be used as cover soil, landscaping soil, soil conditioner and construction ma- terials. Protein solution can be used to produce products such as foaming agents and organic fertilizer.
