摘  要:重型燃气轮机高温部件的设计、制造、控制和维护是其核心技术,其关键技术原理对于电站机组的安全高效运行有重要意义。通过分析三菱F型燃气轮机的燃烧室结构特点,对多旋流燃烧室的流场特性进行了模拟研究,数值结果表明中心回流区是多旋流结构稳定燃烧的主要机制。在此基础上,介绍三菱F型燃气轮机燃烧室改进气动和声学设计技术特点。针对燃烧振荡问题,分析了振荡机理、燃烧调整及振荡控制的原理、思路和方法,为重型燃气轮机燃烧室的设计和燃烧调整提供借鉴。Design,manufacture,control and maintenance of high temperature components of heavy duty gas turbine is the core technology. This paper analyzes significance of key technologies principles on safe and highly effective operation of the unit. By analyzing structure characteristics of combustor of MHI F gas turbine,simulation on flow field characteristic of multiple swirl combustor was studied and numerical results indicated that the central recirculation zone was the main mecha-nism of stable combustion of multiple swirl structure. On the above analysis,improvement for characteristics of aerodynam-ic and acoustic design technologies for combustor of MHI F gas turbine were introduced and analyzed. Aiming at combustion oscillation,oscillation mechanism,combustion adjustment,principles of oscillation control and relevant ideas and methods were analyzed for providing references on design for combustor of heavy duty gas turbine and combustion adjustment.
