美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效与安全性。方法:将我院291例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为A、B、C组,每组97例。A组患者口服稳心颗粒9 g/次,tid,B组患者口服美托洛尔12.5 mg/次,bid,C组患者口服美托洛尔6.25 mg/次,bid+稳心颗粒9 g/次,tid。3组疗程均为4周。观察各组临床疗效、PR间期、QRS波时限、QTc间期变化情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后C组患者总有效率显著高于A组与B组,而A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义;C组患者PR间期、QRS波时限、QTc间期改善情况显著优于A组和B组,而A组与B组比较差异亦无统计学意义;C组患者不良反应发生率显著低于A组与B组,而A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状。OBJECTIVE：To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. METHODS：291 cases of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were randomly divided into A,B,C groups with 97 cases in each group. Group A was treated with Wenxin granules orally,9 g/time,3 times/d;group B metoprolol orally,12.5 mg/time,2 times/d;group C metoprolol 6.25 mg/time,2 times/d ＋ Wenxin granule orally,9 g/time,3 times/d. Treatment course of 3 groups lasted for 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy,PR interval,QTc interval,QRS wave duration and ADR were observed in each group. RESULTS：The total effective rate of group C were significantly higher than that of group A and B;there was no statistical significance between group A and group B;the improvement of PR interval,QRS wave duration and QTc interval in group C were better than in group A and B;there was no statistical significance between group A and group B.The incidence of ADR in group C was significantly lower than in group A and B;there was no significant difference between group A and B. CONCLUSIONS：Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol is effective and safe for coronary heart disease arrhythmia,and it has the broad prospects of clinical application.
