摘　　要：随着智能电网建设的推进,电力通信网络构建已经逐步形成了网状网结构,其抗风险能力也在逐渐增强。电网业务要想多样化、密集化、系统化发展,就需要电力通信支撑网为之提供可靠、安全的通信环境,保证各项业务稳定运行。而建立统一、完备的资源管理系统对电力通信网业务的设计规划、运维工作的开展有重要的指导意义。The building of the Power Communication Network is pushed on with the development of smart grid,has gradually formed a mesh structure and ability to resist risk increasing ceaselessly; The diversification、intensive and systematic of State Grid business need reliable; secure channel environment in the power communication support network, that make sure the stable operation for all the business. That needs to establish a unified; comprehensive resource management system, it is important guiding significance for the designing and planning and maintenance of the state grid business.
