摘　　要：地方政府购买人民调解服务,不仅是纠纷化解机制不断健全和创新的一种形式,也表现了在绩效合法性观念的影响下,人民调解的复兴乃至政府购买人民调解服务是地方法治建设竞争的内容之一。Local government purchase for People＇ s Mediation service, are not only a way for the improving and innovation of dispute settlement mechanism, but more importantly, based on the notion of performance legitimacy, the revival of People＇ s Mediation and local government purchase for People＇ s Mediation service especially, also plays a part in the local competition on bulling Rule of Law.
