摘 要:以园土、蛭石、珍珠岩和草炭为基质材料,采用随机区组试验设计10种基质配方,对欧洲鹅耳枥1年生播种苗进行育苗基质筛选。研究不同基质处理对播种苗的成苗率、苗高和地径生长、生物量及光合特性的影响。通过方差分析和多重比较表明:不同处理间差异显著,处理4的成苗率最高,达98.44%。试验中得到处理3和8的育苗效果最好,苗高、地径最大值达8.77 cm和0.214 cm,高径比高达40.981 3(处理8),园土育苗效果最差。对播种苗光合基本特性测定得到,除处理1和10外,气孔因素是导致Pn值下降的主要原因。We produced ten kinds of matrix formulation with the garden soil , vermiculate, perlite and peat soil as material by the randomized block design.We studied the growth indexes (seedling rate, height, diameter and biomass) and photosynthetic characteristics to estimate the effect of the ten medium on Carpinus betulus with the traditional medium as the control .By the analysis of variance and multiple comparison , ten chosen medium had a positive effect on the seedling rate , especially Treatment 4 reached up to 98.44%.Among those, Treatment 3 and 8 had the best nursery effect while garden soil had the worst.Treatment 8 had a good biomass accumulation with the max height and diameter of 8.77 cm and 0.214 cm, respec-tively, and height to diameter ratio was up to 40.9813.By measuring on seedling’s photosynthetic characteristics, stomatal factor was the main reason for the Pn declining except Treatment 1 and 10.
