摘 要:本试验以地榆水煎液为试验药物,以标准金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌为试验菌株,采用琼脂平板扩散法(打孔法)、液体培养基连续稀释法(试管法)和固体培养基连续稀释法,观察中药地榆对奶牛乳房炎常见病原菌抑菌效果的影响。结果表明,药物固体培养基连续稀释法比其他两种方法敏感性高,重复性好,能直接定量测出抗菌药物对奶牛乳房炎常见病原菌的最低MIC值,更适于中药体外抑菌作用的研究。Three different in-vitro bacteriostatic experiment methods were used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration of sanguisorba on common pathogenic bacterias of dairy cow mastitis. Sanguisorba water decoction were used as experimental medicine, the experimental bacterial strain were standard Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae and E.coli. The agar plate diffusion method(play), liquid medium serial dilution method(test tube) and solid medium serial dilution method were used to observe TCM bacteriostatic effect. Results showed that Solid medium serial dilution method had higher sensitivity and better repeatability. Solid medium serial dilution method was more suitable to study the in-vitro anti-bacterial effect of TCM for it could directly measure the common pathogenic bacterial MIC values.
