摘　　要：牛奶体细胞数是反映牛奶品质和奶牛健康程度的一项重要指标。通常牛奶体细胞数检测方法分为直接检测法和间接检测法。本文对牛奶体细胞数常用及几种新型的检测方法进行了综述。Somatic cell count（SCC）in milk is a very important index of raw milk quality and cow healthy. There are two main methods to detect the SCC, namely direct detection method and indirect detection method. The common detection methods and several new methods of somatic cell count in milk were introduced in this review.
