摘　　要：地理信息服务是一种全新的服务行业。提出对服务质量进行评价,以提高信息服务质量。分析现有评价模型的特点,描述服务质量评价,分析Logistic曲线在量化评价指标值中的作用,基于Logistic曲线和"否决"机制建立一种新的服务质量评价模型,并通过对定位服务质量评价,验证模型的可行性。GIS service is a new service business.To improve the quality of service,an evaluation mechanism of quality of GIS is provided.Analysis is made on the shortages of the mechanisms in existence,and the advantages of Logistic curve in quantizing evaluation indexes,and on a new estimate model based on Logistic curve and ＂veto＂ mechanism,of which is validated by evaluating oriental service.
