摘　　要：目的 探讨老年人胆囊炎胆石症的手术治疗效果.方法 选取2012年12月至2014年1月在三门峡市中心医院接受胆囊炎胆石症治疗的96例老年患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 治愈92例,死亡4例,治愈率为95.83％.术后有21例患者出现并发症,其中肺部感染7例,手术切口感染7例,伤口裂开5例,尿路感染4例.结论 老年患者患有胆囊炎胆结石症状,可以采取手术切除胆囊的治疗方式,但老年人体质较弱,需要充分做好手术后期的处理工作,防止老年术后并发症的发生,降低患者病死率。Objective To investigate the effect of surgery on elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Methods From Dec 2012 to Jan 2014,the clinical data of 96 patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 96 patients,92 patients were cured,4 patients died,the cure rate was 95.83%.After surgery,21 patients had complications,including 7 patients with lung infections,7 patients with surgical wound infection,5 patients with wound dehiscence,4 patients with urinary tract infections.Conclusions Elderly patients suffering from cholecystitis,gallstones symptoms,surgical removal of the gallbladder can be taken,but the body is weak in elderly,the work of the late surgery should be handled,to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications in elderly and reduce mortality.
