腰痛宁胶囊对腰椎骨性关节炎患者血清MMP-3的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腰痛宁胶囊对腰椎骨性关节炎(LOA)的疗效及其对患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平的影响。方法:采用随机、双盲、对照研究方法,将108例患者分为治疗A组(腰痛宁胶囊4粒组),治疗B组(腰痛宁胶囊6粒组)以及对照组(痹痛宁胶囊组),每组36例;连续用药4周,观察治疗前后患者血清MMP-3水平的变化及临床疗效。结果:3组治疗后改良日本整形外科学会(JOA)评分较治疗前均升高,治疗B组较治疗A组及对照组上升更显著(P<0.01);治疗后3组患者血清MMP-3水平均下降,治疗B组MMP-3下降较治疗A组及对照组更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:腰痛宁胶囊治疗LOA疗效显著,能够下调MMP-3的水平,这可能是其治疗LOA的作用机制之一。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Yaotongning capsules for lumbar osteoarthritis （LOA）and toobserved the effect on the level of matrix metalloproteinase-3（MMP-3）. Methods： One hundred and eight patients were divided into three groups, treatment group A（with 4 capsules of Yaotongning capsules）, treatment group B（with 6 capsules of Yaotongning capsules） and control group（Bitongning capsules） by randomized, double-blind and controlled method. Each group had 36 patients. After treatment for 4 continuous weeks, the changes of serum level of MMP-3 were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： After treatment, the scores of Japanese Qrthopaedic Association（JQA）of the three groups were higher than those before treatment, and the increase in treatment group B was superior to that of the other two groups（P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, MMP-3 level was decreased in all of the three groups, and the decrease in treatment group B was superior to that of the other two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Yaotongning capsules is effective for the treatment of LQA, and one of the therapeutic mechanisms is probablv related with the decrease of serum MMP-3 level.
