摘　　要：近年来,随着糖尿病患者的不断增多,糖尿病的并发症之一糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)也逐渐成为我国目前及未来防盲、治盲的重点。现在,DR免疫炎症发病机制学说得到了越来越多学者的认同。我们就炎症因子IL-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)在DR中的作用加以综述。In recent years,the number of patients with diabetes increase rapidly. Diabetic retinopathy（ DR）,one of the complications of diabetes,is also the important aspect of current and future prevention of blindness in our country.Now,more and more scholar have noticed the important role of immune inflammation in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. In this article,we reviewed the role of interleukin- 6（ IL- 6） in diabetic retinopathy.
