摘  要:研究了氮、磷、钾不同施肥处理对桑树(Morus alba)叶片保护酶活性与膜脂过氧化产物作用的影响。结果表明,春季随着桑树的生长发育,不同施肥处理可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量均提高;秋季随着桑树的生长发育,不同施肥处理可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性及过氧化物酶活性均呈现先升后降的趋势,而丙二醛含量则呈现逐步升高的趋势;在整个生长期,同一施肥处理随着施肥量的增加,桑叶中可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性及过氧化物酶活性均显著提高,而丙二醛含量均显著下降,且均在N2P2K2水平时达到最佳。合理的氮、磷、钾配比及施入量(N2P2K2:N 600kg·hm-2、P2O5210kg·hm-2和K2O 300kg·hm-2)能显著提高桑叶的保护酶活性,降低其膜脂过氧化程度,有效延缓桑叶衰老。The effects of different amount and ratio of nitrogen(N),phosphae(P) and potassium(K) on the protective enzyme activity and membrane lipid peroxidation (MDA) of mulberry leaves were investigated in later stage in field test. The results indicted the contents of soluble proteinPro) ,malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) gradually increased with mulberry development in spring. The Pro contents and the activities of SOD, CAT, POD increased firstly and decreased afterward and MDA gradually increased in autumn. Wil h the increase of single fertiliz- er amount, the Pro contents and the activities of SOD , CAT , POD significar tly increased and MDA signifi- cantly decrease and the optimal level was NeP2K2 at developmental period. Suitable fertilizer amount and ratio (NeP2K:N 600 kg·ha 1, P2IO 210 kg. ha, K20 300 kg. ha 1) significantly increased the prolective enzymes activities and decreased lipid peroxidation degree of mulberry leaves whi delay its aging.
