摘  要:本研究以被甘肃内生真菌(Neotyphodium gansuense)侵染的醉马草(Achnatherum inebrians)为材料,在温室条件下,研究了不同浓度(0、250、500、750mg·L-1)色氨酸对醉马草幼苗麦角酰胺和麦角新碱两类麦角生物碱含量的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的色氨酸均能显著降低醉马草幼苗的鲜质量、株高、分蘖数(P<0.05),显著增加植株中麦角酰胺和麦角新碱含量(P<0.05)。Pot experiments in greenhouse were carried out to study the effects of tryptophan on ergot alkaloids concentrations of Achnatherurn inebrians associated with Neotyphodiurn gansuense. The results showed that fresh weight,height and tiller number of A. inebrians seedings significantly decreased (P〈0.05) with the addition of tryptophan. Ergine and ergonovine concentrations significantly increased (P〈0.05) with 500 mg · L^-1 and 750 mg · L^-1 tryptophan treatments compared with control. With 250 mg · L^-1 tryptophan treatment, ergine concentration was highest compared with other treatments which showed that this treatment had great benefits to ergine accumulation. The treatment with 500 mg · L tryptophan had more benefit to ergonovine accumulation compared with other treatments.
