农地流转长效机制探析

摘　　要：农地流转是中国家庭联产承包责任制实施后农地制度改革的深化。发达国家的农地治理经验中,农地流转的期限长、面积大,是农业现代化、高效化的基础。中国农地流转期限短的原因在于,流出方的推力不够、流入方的拉力不足、政府的给力不充分。针对这些分析,提出了推动中国农地长期流转的一系列建议。Agricultural land transfer is to deepen the reform of rural land system after the household contract re-sponsibility system in China .The study found that the longer the term of the agricultural land transfer , the greater the area of it.The reason why the term of the agricultural land transfer short in China is that the supply in agricultural land transfer is not enough ,and the demand in it is also lack ,and the government support is not sufficient .For these reasons , the study proposes some suggestions to promote the long -term transfer of agricultural land in China .
