南阳市中青年居民亚健康状况调查及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的：了解南阳市中青年居民亚健康的分布情况及其影响因素。方法：采用一般资料问卷和亚健康状态评定量表对南阳市800名中青年居民的亚健康状况进行调查。结果：南阳市中青年亚健康的发生率为53．27％，其中不同性别、年龄、职业、居住方式、生活方式的亚健康评分差异有统计学意义，Logistic分析结果显示，性别、年龄、饮酒、吸烟、缺乏体育锻炼，是亚健康的危险因素，职业因素分析中，学生的职业是亚健康的危险因素，而自由业者的职业是亚健康的保护因素。结论：南阳市居民亚健康状况不容乐观，与多因素有关，需采取有效干预措施，提高人们的健康状况。Objective：To investigate the distribution and influencing factors of young and middle-aged people＇s sub-health in Nan-yang City.Methods：Using the general information questionnaire and the sub-health state scales to study the sub-health status of 800 young people in the city.Results：The sub-health incidence is 53.27%in young people, among which the sub-health scores have sta-tistically significant differences in gender , age,occupation, mode of living and lifestyle.Logistic analysis showed that gender, age, alco-hol consumption, smoking, lack of physical exercise are risk factors of sub -health.In occupational factors analysis, student is a risk fac-tor of sub-health, and freelance is a protective factor of sub-health.Conclusion：The health situation is not optimistic in Nanyang City residents, and this is related to multiple factors, so effective interventions need to be taken to improve people＇s health.
