大城市高学历青年流动人口居住模式及其影响因素——以上海市为例

摘　　要：大城市高学历青年流动人口的居住模式,除了受商品房价格、房地产市场以及宏观经济政策的作用外,群体的内在特征和城市融合程度也是重要的影响因素。在调查数据的基础上,构建了多元logistic回归模型,发现流入时间、户口、性别、收入、婚姻及自身角色认知是影响城市高学历青年流动人口居住模式的主要因素。The dwelling of urban migrant youth with high academic qualification are determined by many factors, apart from the impact of housing prices, policies of real estate and macro - economy, the population＇s internal characteristics and level of their city integration are also important influences. Based on survey data and analytical framework, this article constructed a multinomial logistic model, and found the following aspects played major effect on the dwelling of the population： time when they flow in; household registration, gender, income, marriage, and self perception.
