社会信任视角下的农民工城市融合——基于上海的实证分析

摘　　要：社会信任对于促进农民工的城市融合有着非常重要的作用,为理解农民工的城市融合提供了新的理论视角和分析工具。基于对上海的抽样调查资料,通过OLS回归模型发现,特殊信任、一般普遍信任和典型普遍信任更多地对农民工社会心理文化层面的城市融合有影响,对经济层面的城市融合影响有限,仅有一般普遍信任对经济融合具有显著的正向影响。对此应积极引导农民工树立自信,减少本地居民与农民工之间的不信任因素,加快相关制度改革,拓展对农民工的社会支持网络。Social trust, having played an important effect on migrant workers＇blending in urban life, pro- vides a new theoretical perspective and analytical tools for understanding the people＇s city integration. Based on a sample survey in Shanghai and by using OLS regression model the paper found that special trust, common and general trust, and typical trust had more impact on the people~ social psychological and cultural integration, with limited influence on their economic adaptations, which is whereas positive- ly impacted only by the common and general trust. It is hence to guide actively the migrant workers to set up serf- confidence, to reduce the distrust between them and the local urban residents, to accelerate the reform of related systems, and to expand the social support network for the migrants.
