摘　　要：绿色责任作为企业的社会责任之一,使用经济法对企业绿色生产责任进行规制具有必要性。为了完善经济法对企业绿色生产责任的规制,应当在考察国外实践的基础上,不断健全企业绿色生产相关的法律标准,完善绿色生产税收规定,加大绿色生产的财政投入,建立企业绿色生产相关保险制度,提升我国企业绿色生产的国际竞争力。As one of the corporate’s social responsibility. It is necessary to use the Economic law to enterprise green production. In order to improve the regulation of the Economic Law to The enterprise green production responsibility, our Chinese government ought to be in draw lessons from foreign experience, perfecting our legal standards for the Enterprise Green Production related ,perfecting the regulations of Green Production tax ,increasing financial investment to support Green Production ’s establishing the enterprise green production related insurance system, to enhance the international competitiveness of China ’s green manufacture.
