南洋理工学院外向型校企合作的哲理与经验

摘　　要：南洋理工学院积极通过内部改革实现外向型校企合作的思路有着深刻的哲学内涵和值得借鉴的经验。该学院基于大地伦理学的农业轮作复种法,建立轮循式教育管理系统,解决学校教育因固定学制影响校企合作连续性和长效性的问题,顺利实现了外向型校企合作。其改革的思路是,以校为本开展内部改革,从而满足外向型校企合作中工学结合的本质要求,最终实现外向型校企合作。Based on the agricultural rotation and multi-cropping method of earth ethics,Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic（ hereinafter referred to as NYP） builds up the alternated education management system to eliminate the problem of discontinuity and short-term in school-enterprise cooperation resulting from the fixed school-based education system,and to reach the targets through the external schoolenterprise cooperation. It provides the reference for common universities and vocational colleges in China to arrange students’ learning and teachers’ work in accordance with the earth ethics.
