摘 要:电子出版、网络出版、移动出版等民族出版新业态赋予了民族出版业在数字媒体时代新的内涵。但是,"数字化革命"既是机遇也是挑战,如果不能抓住数字化机遇,民族出版有可能更加边缘化甚至被淘汰。目前,我国民族数字出版仍处于起步阶段,民族地区经济、文化水平落后等限制了民族出版的数字化发展。出版社经营管理观念落后、数字化转型意识不强、信息化水平低,数字化品牌产品缺乏、个性化特色不鲜明、创新产品单一。新媒体时代民族出版数字化的发展思路在于:宏观上公益性出版和市场化出版"两条腿走路"的整体性考量;微观上改造旧有的产业链,实现出版产业链的生产、营销推广、发行消费、衍生产品开发等各环节的数字化,创建新的出版模式和打造数字出版品牌建设。In an era of digital media,electronic publishing,online publishing and mobile phone publishing endow minority publishing with new meaning.Digital revolution is not only an opportunity but also a challenge. Minority publishing may be more marginalized and even be eliminated if it cannot catch the digital opportunity. Lack of digital publishing brand,distinguishing feature and diversity indicates that minority digital publishing in China is still in its initial stage.The minority presses have old-fashioned managing ideas,dim consciousness of digitization and low level of informatization.The income and education levels are also much lower in minority ar-ea.The development of minority digital publishing has been limited.There are two tracks for the development of minority publishing.On the one hand,minority publishing depends on the government sustain and guarantee as public welfare while it has to face market to compete.On the other hand,minority publishing should make all in-dustry chains digitalized,change publishing pattern and construct digital brand.
