摘　　要：加强突发重大动物疫病应急演练,对于提高整体应急反应能力具有重要作用。本文阐述了突发动物疫情应急桌面推演的原则与要求,通过演练实例,分析了桌面推演在突发动物疫情管理工作中的优势,并对创新动物疫情应急管理、加强桌面推演基础设施投入和推广工作的前景进行了展望。It is very important to strengthen emergent response drills for sudden major animal disease outbreaks. In this paper,the principles and requirements of desktop maneuvers for emergent response to emergent animal disease outbreaks were described,the drill cases were summarized,and the advantages of desktop maneuvers in emergent animal disease outbreak management were analyzed. Innovation of animal disease emergency management,investment and promotion of desktop maneuvers and infrastructure were studied and prospected as well.
