摘　　要：政治、经济等环境因素对网络组织的运行有重要影响,论文在文献分析及逻辑推演的基础上,提出治理环境对网络组织多个治理要素的研究假设,利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现治理环境的变动是治理结构调整的主要驱动因素,治理环境的不确定性是治理风险的主要来源,稳定的治理环境是网络组织取得卓越治理绩效的基本保证。本文为网络组织的治理提供了一个新的视角,加深企业对网络组织治理的整体认识,为进一步治理网络组织的进一步研究奠定了良好基础。Environmental factors such as political, economic has great influence on the operation of network organization. In the analysis of literature and logic deduction, successively proposed our study hypothesis, and then testing it through the Structural Equation Modeling（ SEM） , which concluded that governance environment is the main motors of the governance structure adjust- ment, is the source of governance risks, and ensure the network organization make a great per- formance. This paper provides a new perspective to study network organization governance, en- hance the understanding network governance, which laid a firm foundation to study the network organization govemance more comprehensively and deeply.
