摘  要:利用静态接触角法、接触角滞后和HC喷水分级法对自然积污过程中的硅橡胶进行了表面润湿性研究,用粗糙度仪和扫描电镜对样片进行表征分析,研究发现:随着硅橡胶不断的积污,表面粗糙度越大,静态接触角随之也增大,接触角滞后变小,滞后由小到大的顺序是:S3(中污)<S4(板结)<S1(清洁)<S2(轻污)。另外,积污后的硅橡胶表面的润湿特点跟润湿方式有关,如当静态水珠润湿其表面时,表现很好的憎水性,接触角可高达130°以上,当以强烈水流冲击其表面润湿时,表现憎水性较差,憎水分级多数为HC5-HC6。The surface wettability of the silicone rubber in the course of natural contamination was studied by testing the static contact angle,hysteresis of contact angle and water spray classification,and the samples were characterized with the roughness tester and SEM at the same time.The results show that with the contamination of silicone rubber,and surface roughness increasing,the static contact angle increases,and the contact angle greater hysteresis decreases.The ascending order is:S3-moderate polluted sample〈S4-compacted sample〈S1-clean sample〈S2-mild polluted sample.In addition,the wetting characteristics of the polluted surface are related to the wetting method,and when water droplets wet the surface in a static way,it shows good hydrophobicity,the contact angle can reach up to 130°or more,and when the surface is impacted with strong water flow,it shows poor hydrophobicity,and the hydrophobic classifications are mostly HC5-HC6.
