清肝活血汤治疗更年期高血压的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对清肝活血汤治疗更年期高血压的临床疗效进行探讨。方法随机抽取我院在2011年1月-2013年12月治疗的60例更年期高血压患者,分为两组：对照组与观察组,对照组患者使用盐酸贝那普利片进行治疗,观察组患者使用清肝活血汤进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较与分析。结果显示：观察组患者的治疗有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,差异具备统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前后的舒张压与收缩压均下降明显,且观察组更为明显,差异具备统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论清肝活血汤在更年期高血压治疗中的应用,有效提高了更年期高血压患者的临床疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qinggan Huoxue Decoction in treatment of climacteric hypertension. Method Randomly selected 60 cases of climacteric hypertension patients in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Dec 2013, and they were divided into the control group and observation group, the control group receivedbenaaepril hydrochleride tablets, while observation group received Qinggan Huoxue Decoction, and the compared the curative effect of two groups. Results The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, while 66.7% in the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. The diastolic and systolic blood pressure were decreased obviously of two groups of patients before and after treatment of, but the observation group was more obvious, the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Qinggan Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical effect of climacteric hypertension.
