摘　　要：目的探讨超声对于医源性外周血管损伤的诊断和治疗价值。方法回顾性分析34例医源性外周血管损伤的声像图特点以及超声在其治疗中起到的作用。结果超声定性诊断医源性外周血管损伤的准确率为100%,定位治疗的成功率为90%。结论超声对于医源性外周血管损伤的定性诊断、定位治疗和预后评价有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and therapy of iatrogenic peripheral vessels injury. Method Thirty-four patients with iatrogenic peripheral vessels injury in the Methods of ultrasonogram characters and therapeutic effectiveness by ultrasound were retrospective analysised. Results The accuracy rate of qualitative diagnosis by ultrasound was 100%, and the achievement ratio of localization therapy by ultrasound was 90%. Conclusion Ultrasound have great clinical applied values in diagnosis and therapy and prognostic evaluation of iatrogenic peripheral vessels injury,
